Setup new domain in virtualmin

Adding new domain in virtualmin is easy. You have to just follow some simple steps to add new host or domain. To create a new domain or host, follow the step by step procedure.

 

1. Login in your webmin control panel as root.

2. Go to "Virtualmin" section (upper left corner).

3. Click "create virtual server"

4. Enter a domain or subdomain name in first field ("Domain name").

5. Enter your site description in "Description" field.

6. In "Administration password" field, enter a complex password. Remember that this password will be used for MySQL database passoword.

7. Leave "Server configuration template" & "Account plan" as "Default Settings".

8. Select "Custom username" in "Administration username" field & set your desire username. This username will be used for MySQL database name.

9. Click create server.

Done. You have successfully created a domain/host in your server from virtualmin.
